More than 100 organizations submitted written statements ahead of the Committee's hearing on "Driving Innovation through Federal Investments." Chairwoman Mikulski invited outside organizations to participate by submitting written testimony to be included as part of the hearing record. In just 10 days, organizations from across the country responded with written statements, which can be found below.
